Wedding Coordination starting at $5,500.00
All items included with the Wedding Advisor and Extended Service, as well as:
Contact and reserve appropriate professionals to service your wedding. If your schedule does not allow for actual vendors meetings due to being out of town or your schedule, we will design the wedding based on our discussions regarding your color and style preferences
Vendor selections to include:
- Floral, catering, photography, videographer, ceremony music, linens, officiant, church, reception site, lighting, reception music, invitations, bakery, book transportation, and décor
- Assist with music selections for the ceremony and the reception
- If couple is available to attend their vendor meetings, then coordinator’s meeting attendance will vary and include floral, catering, linens, reception site and decor
- Regular e-mail reminders on wedding tasks that still need to be completed
- Reserve the rehearsal dinner location
- Arrange hotel room block at host hotel
- Assist with menu selection for the reception
- Coordinator and assistant are on site three hours prior to the wedding for final details, dressing and flower distribution. More time may be required based on specific design requirements and any venue load in restrictions or challenges. More staff may be required at coordinator’s discretion
- Check with attendants on removing all personal items from ceremony site bridal room
- Oversee vendor cleanup and load out
- Return cake accessories and rental items (size/weight limitations). Applies to Austin vendors only
- Coordinator available on the wedding day for up to 11 hours. Assistants available as needed for setup
