This is far more than just day of or month of planning. There are far too many vendor questions and other details during the wedding planning process that we can assist you with prior than the month before your wedding. Once we are hired, you can contact us by phone or e-mail to begin answering wedding questions whether your wedding is a year or a month away.

Complimentary consultation to discuss wedding ideas. Consultant will be able to offer suggestions on the initial steps to take regarding your wedding style, budget questions, and color combinations

  • Offer style, color suggestions for wedding attire, décor and overall wedding vision
  • Offer etiquette guidance as needed
  • Provide suggestions on traditional family roles and payment responsibilities
  • Suggest a variety of ideas for centerpieces
  • Our preferred Austin wedding vendor list to narrow down your selections based on our past experience with them. No vendor hiring or vendor meetings are done by the planner, but recommendations are given
  • A checklist to keep you on target and when you should focusing on your planning tasks
  • A wrap-up meeting prior to the wedding to discuss the final details of the actual wedding weekend
  • Create a wedding weekend schedule for vendors, family, and bridal party
  • Follow-up with phone calls to vendors, regarding information detailed on the weekend agenda
  • Checklist of who is responsible for taking home gifts, cake topper, bridal portrait, and keepsakes
  • Phone meeting with the reception site coordinator to ensure all parties are in sync
  • Coordinator’s assistance at the rehearsal directing the flow of the ceremony
  • Usher instructions on seating the guests for the ceremony
  • Assist with reception site decorating (this may be limited or vary based on time constraints)
  • We will bring our wedding day emergency kit (countless wedding items including black socks, super glue, hair spray, bobby pins, etc.)
  • Distribute and pin bridal party and family flowers prior to the ceremony
  • Setup wedding programs and guest book in their proper place
  • Lay out guest cards, table numbers, favors, menu cards, seating chart, champagne flutes, and cake knife
  • Bustle your wedding gown after the ceremony
  • Distribute “day of” payments or gratuities to your vendors
  • Greet your guests at the reception, offer any necessary directions on finding their seats
  • Cue the couples entrance into the reception
  • Coordinate the agenda of the evening (the toast, 1st dance, cake cutting, bouquet and garter toss)
  • Assist in lining up the wedding guests and distributing “exit” favors to the guests
  • Coordinator available for up to 8 hours on the wedding day
